Whether you’re training for skiing, snowboarding, action sports, or general athletic performance, the SNÖBAHN gym provides a dedicated space for strength, agility, mobility, and conditioning. Inspired by training environments like the US Ski & Snowboard Center of Excellence, our gym supports athletes at all levels – from those preparing for winter sports, to weekend warriors, to youth athletes building foundational movement skills

Inspired by world-class facilities like the US Ski & Snowboard Center of Excellence, our vision is to establish SNÖBAHN as Colorado’s premier public training center—a Center of Excellence for all. Unlike private, invitation-only high-performance centers, our program is accessible to everyone, from aspiring athletes to those simply looking to move and feel better.

At Every Athlete Fitness, we believe that everyone—whether a weekend warrior, lifelong athlete, or adventure seeker—deserves access to elite-level training. Our program is designed to build strength, agility, and mobility, creating the foundation for peak performance in sports, outdoor recreation, and everyday life.

THORNTON LOCATION

Crafted by the designers of the Tokyo Olympic and X Games Parks, the Thornton freestyle park includes seven performance trampolines, skate, scooter and BMX.  Featuring a Big Air Jump into a descending airbag, street section, and jump line.  Master trampoline tricks or level up on the Big Air Jump with a coach who is always available in the freestyle area. Skateboard, Scooters, and BMX bikes are available to rent.

Rather than fixed workout plans, athletes use the gym for general training goals such as:

Example Training Focus Areas

  • Lower-body strength and stability for skiing and snowboarding

  • Core control and balance to support jumps, landings, and turns

  • Explosive movement and coordination for freestyle progression

  • Injury-prevention training and overall athletic conditioning

Equipment includes squat racks, benches, weights, slam balls, plyometric boxes, stationary bikes, and core-focused stations – allowing athletes to train safely and intentionally year-round.
