What We’re Looking For
The SNÖBAHN Role: instructor
At SNÖBAHN, our Instructors are the heart of what we do. You’ll be on the floor everyday helping guests have an unforgettable experience: from skiing and snowboarding, to camps, to keeping a community vibes high.
- Share your passion for skiing and/or snowboarding with guests in a fun, supportive environment
- Provide top-notch customer service to individuals of all ages and ability levels
- Support guest progression in skiing, snowboarding, and other action sports disciplines
- Promote a culture of safety while maintaining high energy and enthusiasm
- Assist guests as they train on revolving slopes, skate park features, trampolines, big air jump, and airbags
- Create a positive, encouraging atmosphere that builds confidence and skill development
- Work closely with a tight-knit team to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience
- Represent SNÖBAHN with professionalism and strong communication
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe training facility
- Contribute to the continued growth of a rapidly expanding indoor action sports company
- Must be 18+
Leadership grows from this role: Management/leaders are hired internally from folks who start as Instructors. That’s where growth starts.
Expectations
- You will be expected to teach both skiing and snowboarding on our revolving slopes. You will be stationed in all parts of the facility and expected to be a team player in each area.
- You are expected to be available weekends and/or evenings throughout the season
- Desire to work with children of ages 5-14 and help them grow and learn in our awesome summer camps!
Details
- Job Type: Part-Time/Seasonal (Late April – August)
- Pay: $19-$23 per hour
- Full time: 35+hours
Seasonal & Year-Round Hiring
Summer / Camp Season Hiring: We begin reaching out in April to schedule interviews, with a targeted start date in the last week of April or the first week of May.
Fall / Winter Hiring: We begin reaching out for interviews after Labor Day, with start dates in the last week of September or the first week of October.
