Meredith Winnefeld is a 2012 graduate of Arapahoe High School and also attended Denver School of the Arts. She was a 3 year varsity track athlete at AHS. She began skiing with her ski patroller dad when she was 2. She’s always loved the mountains and worked hard to keep up with her dad and his friends eventually ending up on the ski team at Winter Park. She graduated as a scholar athlete from Arizona State University as a Sports Communications major in 2016. She was the recipient of an athletic scholarship at ASU to serve as the Sun Devil feature twirler. She enjoys golf, teaching dance, all college sports and is a big fan of the Broncos and Rockies.
Kyle grew up in New England and graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2014. When he is not skiing powder or at SNÖBAHN, he enjoys making music and DJs at places like the Fox Theatre in Boulder. On weekends he travels the western half of the country and sells firearm optics at tradeshows.
Sarah grew up skiing year-round in Oregon. During college, Sarah raced on the Colorado School of Mines Ski team while earning a major in Skiing and a minor in Geophysics. Since 2011 Sarah has worked as a ski instructor at Breckenridge. Sarah loves sharing her passion for skiing with her students and believes that skiing should be an empowering experience.
Nick was raised in Minnesota and went to college for a year but decided to take a different route and pack up his life and move to Colorado to try something new. Nick grew up skateboarding which sparked his interest in snowboarding but had never had the chance to try it. As soon as he made it out to Colorado, Nick bought a season pass and all his gear to head out for his first run. Now averaging around 60+ days a year, Nick has grown to become very passionate about the sport which lead him to his position as a Ski Valet at SNÖBAHN. His other hobbies include making a variety of music, playing guitar, attending concerts, hiking and trying new breweries and restaurants around Denver. Nick hopes to one day play his music for others.
After growing up on the beaches of Miami, Maria felt she needed a change of scenery. The mountains were calling, and so she finally headed west to Colorado to pursue her passion for skiing. Maria graduated from Florida Southern College with a degree in Elementary Education, but quickly shifted gears after working in the retail and yoga industry. Her journey brought her to SNÖBAHN as an Assistant Manager, where she manages retail, social media, and advertising. In her spare time, Maria can be found mountain biking, camping, hiking, skiing, long boarding, climbing and practicing yoga.
Sarah is an Assistant Manager at SNÖBAHN. Originally from the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, where there are only ski hills, aka garbage fills, to ski on; she quickly yearned for a taste of the real mountain experience. Her family had been visiting Colorado since she was three years old and even at a young age she knew that Colorado was her real home. Sarah graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2013 with a degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Elementary Education. After college she pursued a number of different jobs that incorporated her degree and her interests which eventually lead her to SNÖBAHN. Sarah has been working with children for over ten years; starting out as a babysitter to creating sports programs for children. She is currently developing the summer camps for SNÖBAHN, as well as managing all of the Birthday Party events. She looks forwards to a long career at SNÖBAHN.
Ryan graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2012 with a degree in business administration, management, and entrepreneurship. After college, however, the mountains were calling his name and he has instructed skiing and snowboarding ever since. After teaching at Northstar, Beaver Creek, and Vail Resort he has achieved his Level 2 snowboard instructing certification from AASI, Level 1 ski instructing certification from PSIA, and his Children’s Specialist Accreditation Level 1 from PSIA. Currently a Vail resident, Ryan continues to pursue his passion of snow sports and further his professional certification.
Aaron was born in California and moved to Colorado as an infant and quickly grew to be a native. He participated in a variety of sports such as skiing, baseball, lacrosse, and competitive swimming. He attended Mesa State to swim at a collegiate level and after a year he decided to transfer to Colorado State University to get his BS in Health and Exercise Science. Out of college his focus was training athletes to enhance their sports performance and now coaches athletic swimmers of all abilities. His favorite hobbies are mountain biking, skiing, and kicking back living one day at a time.

Sadler is a Colorado native and former member of the CU freestyle ski-team. He runs all operational and business aspects of SNÖBAHN. He and co-founder Jay went to college together and have remained very close friends ever since. Sadler lived in Vail for an extended period of time after college because that is where you move to after college if you are serious about taking advantage of your business and finance degree. Sadler and his wife Gina have three children and reside in Fort Collins, Colorado.
